We’re proud to announce that the Internal Revenue Service has officially granted the Lowcountry Sealanders Baseball Organization tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

This designation means donations to the Sealanders are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law — and it reflects our commitment to running a transparent, accountable organization that puts families first.

What This Means for Families

Our 501(c)(3) status reinforces the core promise we made when we founded this club: no family should be priced out of competitive youth baseball. Local businesses and community members can now make tax-deductible contributions that go directly to covering tournament fees, equipment, and team operations — keeping costs at or near zero for participating families.

What This Means for Sponsors

For the businesses and individuals who sponsor the Sealanders, this status provides a clear tax benefit on top of the visibility and community goodwill that come with supporting local youth athletics. Our sponsorship tiers are designed to be transparent — you know exactly where your dollars go.

Full Transparency

Our IRS Determination Letter is publicly available, and our bylaws are posted on our Governance page. We believe families deserve to see exactly how the organization operates and how their trust is being honored.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible — the board, the families, the coaches, and every sponsor who believed in what we’re building here.

Protect the Swamp.
