Youth travel baseball in the Lowcountry has a new home.
The Lowcountry Sealanders Baseball Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth baseball organization based in Bluffton, South Carolina — built by Lowcountry families, for Lowcountry families.
Why We Built This
Travel baseball has a reputation problem. It’s expensive. It’s political. It burns kids out before they hit middle school. Coaches prioritize wins over development, and families feel stuck — pay the fees, follow the rules, hope for the best.
We built the Sealanders to be different.
No set monthly fees. No mandatory dues. Costs decided by the families — together. Coaches who answer to a board, not the other way around. A program that’s explicit about one thing: the kids come first, always.
What We’re Building
The Sealanders field competitive travel teams by age group, starting with 7U and 9U. Each team has its own dedicated coaching staff, its own roster, and its own identity — but they share the same culture.

The Name
We’re from the Lowcountry. The marshes, the tidal creeks, the salt air — it’s in everything we do. The alligator doesn’t apologize for where it’s from. Neither do we.
