Shipping & Returns
How It Works
We don't keep boxes of shirts in a garage. Each item is printed or embroidered by our production partner after you order it, then shipped straight to your door. That keeps more of every purchase going to the players instead of into unsold inventory — and it's why the timelines and return rules below look a little different from a big-box store.
Shipping
- Production: 2–5 business days to make your item.
- Delivery: typically 3–7 business days after it ships.
- Cost: $5.99 flat, however many items you order.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
- United States only at this time.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package — different products are sometimes made at different facilities.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of heart. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — it lists real measurements for that specific garment.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement. You won't need to ship the original back.
The same goes for a package that never turns up — let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.
Order Changes
Reach out as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help if production hasn't started yet, but once an item is in production it can't be changed — it's already being made specifically for you. Double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't reroute a package after it ships.
